A) Validity
The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between NOMANO GmbH and its customers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. The mere inspection of our website is non-binding and does not constitute a legal relationship.
All prices are quoted in the currency chosen by the customer inkl. VAT. The listed prices, product illustrations and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery periods, availability and errors excepted.
We only ship in six-bottle boxes.
B) Return and Refund Policy
Dear customer, we would like to inform you that we do not accept returns of wine. All sales are final.
However, wine is a natural product therefore issues may occur, even after production. If you find that the wine is corked or otherwise damaged, please bring/send it back immediately to the place where you purchased it.
We will then replace it or send you a voucher for your next order.
C) Domestic Shipping Policy (valid for Switzerland)
Shipment processing time
In Switzerland we typically cooperate with VinoLog of the Swiss Post and are able to deliver within 5 working days under normal circumstances.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is going to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of less than CHF 250 incur shipping charges of CHF 20.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation by email once your order has shipped.
Customs and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (with the exception of the Swiss VAT, which is included in the price). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
D) International Shipping Policy
We typically do not ship outside of Switzerland. Exceptions may be agreed. All risks have to be carried by the customer.
