Again, intoxicatingly elegant, but only 300 bottles are available.
The 2023 is the result of a careful harvest by hand with fewer but better harvests than ever before. A not-too-dry summer and plenty of autumn sunshine combined with the special microclimate and cooler mornings have helped grow an excellent riesling. The result is a dry wine of outstanding quality this year, with a fuller, more intense flavour but still with a nice acidity.
Tasting note
Pale yellow in colour, with ripe fruit aromas of apricots, pears, and pineapples, spiced with hints of thyme. The scent of fruit comes from late-harvested but not botrytised grapes and raisins. A perfect balance of lively acidity and residual sugar complements the complexity of the flavours, coupled with a beautiful minerality. Precise, classic and complex, with a decidedly long finish.

Food recommendation
An elegant wine that goes well with all seafood and white fish, even smoked trout. It is also an excellent accompaniment to white meat to enhance enjoyment. Anything that needs a nice acidity and discreet flavour will match this wine. Limited supply, first-class content, recommended for wine lovers who prefer a dry style. It is also a good choice for vegetarians and vegans as it harmonises well with exciting plant-based flavours.
